Finally, the streets of Paris are heatin’ up again! In August, half the residents fled to the South of France, leavin’ us a wee bit nervous about the state of STYLE. And then we found Noelline...She’s got a funky sense of fashion, but we’re diggin’ the Indian influence throughout. Check the Swarovski-crystal-embroidered yellow T (of her own design) tucked into the bright blue high-waist shorts with front-bow. The colors pop nicely but she keeps ‘em toned down with the ¾ length gray leather jacket. But where Noelline steps beyond the fray is with the black leather tassel necklace and high-cut brown leather gladiator sandals...WATCH OUT!
