#5 - Sylvia et Dylan

Women baring their chests is so passe. Women baring their waists, however, is a different story!  This year in Paris, we saw the return of high-waists from pants to skirts to shorts and dresses.  The retro fit allowed the ladies to add a bit more sexiness to their wardrobes while standing out amongst the pack.  Our two fave looks go to Sylvia, whose authentic snakeskin skirt gave us serious chills, and Dylan, whose red shorts made for one blazin' Summer statement!  Ready to bare your waist?
